We encourage you to use our online ordering system. You can choose whether to pay for your order at checkout or have an invoice emailed directly to you.

Absolutely!  We will do our best to provide your order within a tight time frame if you have missed the cut off window. If you are unable to place your last minute order online, please follow up with a phone call to us to see how we can help.

We understand that quite often numbers and requirements change, in particular dietary needs of guests, extra attendees or guests unable to make it.  We encourage you to place your order and confirm numbers & specifics 2 days prior to your event.

Any orders cancelled on the day of the function will incur full order costs. We will still happily deliver or donate these items to / for you.  We require 48 hours notice for cancellation

Direct Debit - Preferred method of payment / details are provided on Tax Invoices emailed on event day.

Credit Card – We accept all Credit Cards including AMEX – Payment can be made online when placing your order or via the Pay Now link on emailed Tax Invoice.

Yes, this is one of many of our specialities.  Special meal requests will be individually plated and labelled accordingly.  It is best to provide a name for the meal so they can be clearly marked

Weekend deliveries are based on case by case only. We operate Monday - Friday only but can accept large weekend deliveries via our sister company. If you are interested in weekend catering, please put through a quote request.

We advise that our kitchen handles wheat/gluten, dairy, egg, seafood & nut based products.  We do not handle Crustaceans.  We do not serve Egg Based Products that are not cooked. 

Whilst all efforts are taken in relation to special diet and allergy requests our kitchen is not a seafood/nut/seed/dairy/gluten free environment and therefore foods may contain traces of these items. All care is taken but no responsibility accepted.
